Our policy lasts 14 days after your recieved your product. If 14 days has expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As all profit is donated to charity, to be eligible for a return and a full refund, we only accept faulty or incorrect goods.

We do not offer refunds due to customer error ie.. made a mistake with colour, size, delivered to wrong address due to forms mistake, changed mind.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To request a return, please contact us first and a friendly member of our team will get back to you ASAP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer! If this happens you will not get a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will then process your refund via your original payment method.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
